DESCRIPTION Soft MV medium voltage
 Models Range:
o Rated Current: 50A up to 600A
o Power Supply Voltage: 2300Vac up to 10000Vac
 SCR Overload Ratings:
o Up to 125% ‐Continuous
o Up to 500% ‐ 60seconds
o Up to 600% ‐ 30seconds
 Flexible control features and selectable ramping profiles to match any application.
 High level circuit isolation via fiber optics (standard on all units) for safety and power
quality immunity.
 Standard IP30, higher protection level can be customized.
 Vacuum Bypass Contactor standard on all models, line contactor optional.
 Advanced motor protection relay and ramp features programmable via keypad or laptop
computer
 Fiber optically isolated low voltage compartment with up to 110kV BIL rating for maximum
safety and reliability.
 Load‐break / fault‐make rated disconnect switch with door safety interlocking.
 Bottom entry, bottom exit with room for stress cones.
 Visible grounding copper bar for safe operation.
 Ground Fault Detection Kit. The Ground fault Detection Kit represents an additional
protection in case of a ground fault, typically used to trip the motor.
 Heaters. The ASAMV PLUS PLUS operating temperature range can be extended to ‐10° to
50° C with built‐in heaters.
 Stand ‐Alone Emergency Bypass Overload Relay. The Stand‐alone Bypass Emergency

Bypass Overload Relay ensures motor operation even in case of Soft Starter failure.
